FEES

• Letting only service

• 6% of the gross rent for the period of the agreed tenancy, payable at commencement of the tenancy.

• Renewal or extension to same tenant – as above.

• Letting and rent collection service

• 8% of the gross rent for the period of the agreed tenancy.  Renewal or extension to the same tenant – As above.

• Full management service

• 10% of the gross rent for the period of the agreed tenancy.  Renewal or extension to the same tenant – As above for the period of the tenancy.
