- Letting only service
- 6% of the gross rent for the period of the agreed tenancy, payable at commencement of the tenancy.
- Renewal or extension to same tenant – as above.
- Letting and rent collection service
- 8% of the gross rent for the period of the agreed tenancy. Renewal or extension to the same tenant – As above.
- Full management service
- 10% of the gross rent for the period of the agreed tenancy. Renewal or extension to the same tenant – As above for the period of the tenancy.
